Read This Article if You Own a Small Business

Do you own a small business and enjoy the freedom of being your own boss? Are you somewhat frustrated by all the rules and regulations? Are you upset with the lax labor available and the poor work ethic? Are you miffed at the changing consumer sentiment where people complain about ridiculous things merely to try to get you to yield on a price point? Does it concern you that other larger businesses get breaks that the smaller ones do not? Are you often amazed that employees can be so dishonest that they steal from you, when you are the one paying their paycheck so they can feed their families and survive? If so then you are not alone.

Small businesses in America are getting squeezed more and more these days. There are all sorts of new things to worry about. You could become involved in a lawsuit and lose all your savings or cash flow to run your business with. You might even have a lawsuit which is completely without merit, yet it costs you so much to fight it and win that you end up losing traction, momentum and you money is paid to the lawyers to defend you.

Either way you lose even if you win. What can you do to protect your business from all these challenges you face? One gentleman suggested that we should cull all the lawyers, which may appear to be a quality idea on the surface, but I cannot condone that. But it is something to think about.
