I know there are so called experts who tell you to buy and hold but it takes money to do that and you have to maintain the property in working condition while you hold. Besides who is really interested in $100 a month positive cash flow when you can bank $30,000?

I know that sounds hard to believe but ask any successful person and 99% of them will tell they dont do what they do for money. Its all about the fun and the challenge. Do what you love with 100% of your being and the rest will take care of itself.
